The Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) provides a variety of Digital Government Services (G2G), as shown and described in the below service catalogue. These services are solely dedicated for use by *Abu Dhabi Government Entities. The services are provided to help boost the capabilities of the Abu Dhabi government—consolidating its place as an innovation hub in areas of Digital Government, Government Services Transition, Governmental Data Exchange, ICT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.

Service Name Service Description
Request to join Abu Dhabi Government Network (ADNET) This service provides the entities with connectivity to the Abu Dhabi Government Network (ADNET)- MPLS network, which will allow them access to network services and integrate with cross-government information systems.
Request secure internet connectivity This service provides secured access to the Internet through the Abu Dhabi Government Network (ADNET).
Request for domain name registration (.gov.ae) This service offers Domain Names Registration Services for Internet Websites of Abu Dhabi Government Entities under the unified domain.gov.ae, as well as the use of the email exchange.
Request for secured digital certificates (SSL) This service provides Secured Digital Certificates to ensure a secured connection of the entities' domains through the secured protocol HTTPS.
Request to join on TAMM contact centre This service provides onboarded government entities that joined the unified and shared contact centre with the tools and processes needed to receive cases reported by the public, such as complaints, incidents, suggestions, requests for information, requests for services, and suggestions.
Request to adding digital services on TAMM This service enables the government entities to develops the front end for Abu Dhabi Government entities' service, integrate with their back end, and publish these services on TAMM channels.
Request to develop a website on TAMM This service enables the government entities to develops their website on TAMM channels. Government entities will be trained to update their website and contents using the TAMM platform.
Request to use Government Service Portfolio System This service enables the government entities to use the unified government services portfolio system based on the approved Abu Dhabi government service definition.
Request to benefit from Microsoft enterprise agreement This service enables Abu Dhabi government entities to be part of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, where they will be able to benefit from strategic discounts for Microsoft licences as well as drive in a reduction in administrative expenses (maintenance, training on Microsoft software).
Request to benefit from Cisco agreement This service enables Abu Dhabi government entities to join the Cisco Framework Agreement, which will allow them to avail of a 60 percent discount when purchasing Cisco products, as well as other value-added applications such as technical reviews and technical workshops.
Request to benefit from Oracle licence agreement This service enables Abu Dhabi government entities to join the framework agreement with Oracle to benefit from a 75 percent reduction in prices when purchasing Oracle licences and access to technical assistance facilities. The agreement also regulates the transfer of software assets among the participating parties.
Request Esri software This service enables Abu Dhabi government entities to benefit from a variety of services under the Esri Licence Agreement, where entities can benefit from the following enablers to use Esri Software Licence, software maintenance, technical support, training courses, Workshops, Conference, and consultancy support.
Request aerial and satellite imagery data services through on-demand service This service enables the government entity to request On-Demand satellite imagery for a specific area-of-interest with a specific update frequency.
Request for Geospatial data sharing This service enables the government entity to benefit exchange Geospatial Data sharing between data custodian and government entity consumers, Integrate government web services and applications with updated and trusted map services, exploring metadata, and access to general map viewer (GMV).
Request consultancy support service for Geospatial Projects This service allows the government entity to participate in specialized working groups in cooperation with the concerned entities, attend awareness workshops on knowledge transfer and capacity building in Geospatial Information System' GIS.,' aligning geospatial projects, and accessing consultative support to enable spatially based services and applications, 
Request for data sharing through 'whole of government' This service enables the government entities to exchange information across the' whole of government' platform, which contains data and digital documents provided by other entities that enable all parties to digitally link and exchange data through secured channels.
Request for integration with information systems This service enables the government entities to integrate their information systems across the' whole of government' platform via secured channels.
Request to host data on the open data platform The Open Data Platform is the access to Abu Dhabi Open Data. It allows the users such as Academics, Investors & Researchers to benefit from the available open data of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The platform contains data and documents provided by the entities, allowing all users to view and perform integration with the available open data through the available data APIs.
